Note: This position is focused on engineering. Candidates with IT backgrounds are not suitable for this role.

Interview Process: In-person interviews are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree.
  • Completion of Reactive Black Belt and Green Belt training along with relevant projects.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Powertrain Manufacturing or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Powertrain Quality Assurance.
  • Deep understanding of Engine and Driveline components.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Automotive OEM Quality and Supplier Operations.
  • Expertise in structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.
  • Certification as a Black Belt or Green Belt is required.
  • Experience in launching engine programs is essential.
  • Manufacturing, design release, and supplier quality experience are highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, and driveline components is preferred.
  • Experience in a lean/flat organizational structure with cross-functional skills is advantageous.
  • Ability to adhere to ISO/TS16949 and APQP processes for engine manufacturing launch and monitoring.
  • A proven history of developing and implementing standardization within Powertrain is essential.
