Beauty Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales and engage clients through an authentic passion for beauty.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide guidance and support to the Beauty Team through strong partnership with the Store Manager.
- Communicate initiatives and provide feedback and coaching to Beauty Advisors.
- Act as a point of contact for Store Manager, Sephora Training Team, and other partners.
The Beauty Lead Advisor will be responsible for:
- Building strong client loyalty and influencing clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
- Providing credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
- Inspiring clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
- Understanding and executing sales plans to support and meet goals.
- Executing and maintaining all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Ensuring timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Actively engaging and completing all required training to expand knowledge.
- Supporting omni-processing within the department.
- Supporting inventory management from receipt to sale.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An authentic passion for beauty.
- 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The salary for this position is $15.60 per hour.
