Summary: Ensures exceptional guest services in alignment with company standards. Facilitates guest transactions and guarantees guest satisfaction at the service desk. Manages all cash and media materials.

• Greets and acknowledges every guest; maintains comprehensive product knowledge; and delivers outstanding guest service.
• Oversees and authorizes guest returns, exchanges, merchandise credits, check authorization, charge sends, rain checks, and discretionary discounts; ensures the completion of all PoS transactions and the proper control of cash and media at PoS registers.
• Assists in training cashiers and cross-trains other associates.
• Prepares daily deposits, change, and media; some locations may have access to safe combinations and keys.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; supports loss-prevention initiatives.
• Oversees the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of cashiers; communicates performance issues to management.
• Maintains front-end supplies.
• Provides guest service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed.
• Covers cashier shifts in case of call-offs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
