Job Summary:

Evaluate and treat patients by applying physical measures and therapeutic exercises to prevent, correct, or alleviate disabilities. Work with neonates through the geriatric population to uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
  • Apply physical therapy techniques, including exercise programs and assistive devices, to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or post-graduate certificate in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Holds a Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Possesses current BLS certification, or obtains within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to travel to satellite locations.
