Position Overview:
As a Flexibility Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized assisted stretching sessions and leading group stretching classes for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and facilitate group classes for up to six participants.
  • Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretching routines.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster membership growth and retention.
  • Manage client care by ensuring a top-notch stretching experience, updating client records, and scheduling regular appointments.
  • Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions as required.
  • Address member concerns as necessary.
  • Support Sales Associates and management with studio tours and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong presence in client communications to enhance membership and retention.
  • Keep all equipment clean and in good condition for client use.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for boutique fitness and a strong interest in stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Previous experience in roles such as Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Yoga/Pilates Instructor.
  • Experience in a fitness or health setting providing hands-on training.
  • Required fitness certification.
  • Ability to foster a welcoming and positive environment for all clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Willingness to complete a comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, including online tutorials and hands-on training.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour
