Fudge Maker

We are seeking a skilled Fudge Maker to join our team at See Rock City Inc. As a key member of our Fudge Kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality fudge and candies for our guests.

• Guest Service
  • Deliver exceptional guest service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience in line with our company's mission and values.
  • Model appropriate guest and partner interaction at all times, maintaining a professional and engaging image.
• Cashier Duties
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, as well as all other normal cashier duties, ensuring seamless operations.
• Fudge Preparation
  • Prepare fudge to include mixing, pouring, and cutting, strictly adhering to recipe guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines and adhering to proper food storage, handling, and preparation procedures.
• Team Collaboration
  • Work with the Fudge Team Leader to ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and the work area is properly stocked and organized.
  • Contribute to daily operations in the Fudge Kitchen, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.

• Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in candy making or a related field, with a willingness to receive training and development opportunities.
  • Possess a kind personality, a desire to contribute to a great team, and a willingness to learn or improve skills.
  • Ability to display a professional, engaging, and polite image to guests and team partners.
  • Ability to speak effectively in one-on-one and small group situations, providing valuable feedback and input to the team.
  • Ability to read and understand operational documents, including policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, efficient environment.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using units of American money.
  • Ability to provide a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
  • Required to regularly use hands and fingers, lift/move up to 30 pounds, and stand regularly.
