Role Overview:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all departmental operations to ensure that production goals are achieved while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves coordinating with various departments, including materials, purchasing, maintenance, tooling, engineering, and quality control, to optimize production processes and the effective use of human resources, machinery, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Address issues logically and efficiently.
  • Reduce waste through enhancements in safety, quality, and production processes.
  • Maintain the work center schedule by adhering to production and shipping timelines.

This full-time salaried position is integral to our Production Operations team and reports directly to the Production Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with welding techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in manufacturing administration.
  • Proficient in computer usage and adaptability.
