- Mandatory Preceptor Course: Must complete the required preceptor course at the earliest opportunity. This course is compensated, and preceptors will receive a $2.50 BR increase.
- Patient Ratios: 1:1-2; 1:3 for intermediate care.
- Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of experience is required.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday commitment is necessary.
- Floating: Responsibilities will include floating to adolescents, pediatrics, PHOC, and NICU.
- Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Essential Skills: Proficiency in EPIC, CVP, CVVH, hemodynamic monitoring, EKG interpretation and management, PEWs, insulin administration and pumps, NG placement and management, IV skills (ports, a-lines, central lines, PICCs), procedural sedation, IV vasopressors, EVD, VP shunt, ICP monitoring, HFNC, ETT, vents/trachs, renal failure management, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis, wound care, trauma; ECMO experience is preferred.
- Availability for every other weekend and holiday is required.
- Responsibilities will include working with adolescents, pediatrics, PHOC, and NICU patients.
- Comments regarding I9, Driver's License/State ID, and E-Verify information will be addressed during the hiring process.
