Position Overview:

The Facility Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the site as the primary leader and main point of contact for clients. This role encompasses overseeing customer service agreements, as well as coordinating the logistics and painting operations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer production targets and delivery schedules are met.
  • Lead the team to maintain and exceed production efficiency standards while adhering to deadlines.
  • Accurately document and track finished painted products.
  • Manage team performance, including detailed tracking of production labor hours.
  • Facilitate training and development for team members through effective communication and regular performance reviews.
  • Promote a safe working environment by engaging in discussions about safety practices and job procedures.
  • Enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee morale by fostering collaboration, encouraging creative thinking, and implementing innovative ideas.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles in wet paint, assembly, shot blasting, or warehouse settings.
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio, routine database management).
  • A college degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in operating power industrial trucks.

Job Details:

Shift: First shift, Monday to Friday, with additional hours as necessary.

Compensation: Competitive salary range.
