Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce quality control standards and contract specifications to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors to address welding procedure challenges and ensure adherence to codes and standards.
  • Review radiographic film results and verify weld quality to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Inspect and repair rejected welds in accordance with specifications to ensure safety and quality.
  • Support documentation processes and report to Senior Inspector to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure safety compliance and adherence to regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proficient in API 1104 ASME welding tests and CWI certification.
  • Experienced in radiographic film interpretation and knowledge of regulations.
  • Familiar with pipeline welding codes, inspection equipment, and project documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Prior quality control experience in construction projects.
