Job Summary

Raines Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson - Overnight to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure the hotel and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas, including lobbies, stairwells, and public spaces
  • Support the overnight guest service leaders and night auditors as needed
  • Assist with stripping rooms and trash removal as scheduled by management

Requirements:

  • Prior cleaning experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be 18 years or older
