Physician Assistant Role in Texas Medical Setting

About the Position
Austin Major Group is currently seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team in a medical setting located in Texas. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional to provide high-quality patient care and make a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing acute illnesses and chronic bridging care to patients, with a focus on direct patient care and administrative time provided for unfinished charts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care, including acute illnesses and chronic bridging care.
Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure efficient use of time.
Collaborate with supervising physicians, MAs, RNs, and front office staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using EPIC EMR system.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:
Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Texas medical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Compensation and Benefits
