Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient care and treatment according to facility guidelines. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other caregivers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Your duties will include:

  • Providing OT treatment and patient care
  • Assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Delegating and supervising occupational therapist assistants as needed
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in California
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
