Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly range of $32.00 - $46.50 per hour, with actual rates dependent upon experience. Our benefits package includes front-loaded PTO, options for free health insurance, a Student Loan Repayment Program, and various shifts to fit your lifestyle.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide exceptional patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will assume responsibility and accountability for individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered on your shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- At least two years of RN experience within a hospital setting is preferred.
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure is required. Certification in specialty is encouraged, as well as membership in a professional organization.
Work Schedule and PayDay Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks. Hourly rate dependent upon experience.
