The Vehicle Refinish Specialist is essential in achieving outstanding customer satisfaction by carefully restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents. Collaborating with the team, the Specialist ensures that the performance metrics of the repair facility are consistently met.

Primary Duties:
  • Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy consistently
  • Engage positively with clients and colleagues
  • Refinish automobiles in accordance with insurance protocols and quality benchmarks
  • Examine and prepare repairs for high-quality refinishing
  • Complete all necessary repair tasks to fulfill quality expectations
  • Adhere to factory and Assured procedures for refinishing
  • Rectify paint imperfections through wet sanding and polishing techniques
  • Ensure the correct application of paint materials
  • Manage paint material expenses within key performance indicators
  • Conduct surface preparation, masking, priming, and top coating
  • Accurately mix paint for precise color matching
  • Report any additional damages not included in repair orders
  • Assist in recommending and implementing new tools and equipment
  • Stay informed on advancements in automotive technology through ongoing training
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a collision repair refinish position
  • Preferred: PPG Certification and I-Car Registration
  • Understanding of repair and refinishing methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must possess personal tools
