We are seeking a highly skilled Suspension Assembler to join our team at Fox Factory. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing after-market suspension packages, active exhaust systems, and other components.

• Assemble and install suspension components, including off-road suspension systems, performance handling suspension systems, and active exhaust systems.
• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, and gathering necessary tools and materials.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• No experience required, but 1+ year of prior experience working with 4x4's suspension/lifts preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to meet established deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.

• Manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
