Restaurant Operations Manager

At Checkers & Rally's, we're committed to serving our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests with excellence. As a General Manager - Restaurant Operations, you'll play a crucial role in executing our restaurant plan, driving sales and profits, and delivering exceptional Guest and Team service.
Key Responsibilities- Meet budgeted sales and profits by managing all aspects of the P&L
- Continuously analyze data and develop plans to improve sales and profits, and increase restaurant service and efficiency
- Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for the right position
- Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction
- Train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and procedures, and Guest service
- Identify and respond to complaints and policy and procedure violations
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance
- Ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for our employees and Guests
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
- Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft Office and general systems experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours
- High energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
