Job Title: Sr. Manager Digital Media

Spectrum Brands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager Digital Media to lead our digital media efforts across the organization.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager Digital Media will be responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies that drive business growth and revenue. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of digital media campaigns across various channels, including display, paid social, search, programmatic media, direct publisher media, and streaming/connected TV buying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital media plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Manage a team of digital media professionals to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization.
  • Negotiate and optimize media buys to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners to ensure access to the latest technologies and innovations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is always using the latest tools and techniques.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital media strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
