Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with our Area Leaders and other Restaurant General Managers to drive business growth and improve our overall performance.

• Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
