Department:
Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB) Operations - Corporate Trust - Product Operations - Corporate and Municipal

This role is situated within the Global Corporate Trust division and entails the management of cash and assets within trust accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring and investing account balances, assessing asset valuations, and ensuring proper funding in accordance with governing trust agreements.

Utilizing bond financing documentation and internal controls, you will interpret the timing and amounts of cash and asset transactions.

You will be responsible for preparing entries in the trust accounting system, calculating and executing debt retirements, and performing various account transaction duties.

Collaboration with specialized teams is essential to provide valuable quality metrics to account managers, ensuring adherence to cash and asset management protocols and legal document stipulations.

Direct client interaction may also be part of the role.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Local Time
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent professional experience

Less than two years of relevant experience

Skills and Experience:
- Fundamental understanding of investments, accounting transactions, and client relations
- Ability to analyze bond financing documents to understand all facets of cash and asset transactions related to the account
- Proficiency in performing mathematical calculations, including percentages, ratios, and bond interest as applicable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in navigating various software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Trust Accounting and Bond Accounting systems is preferred

Location Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid/flexible work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days each week, with the option to work remotely on other days.
