Job Title: Dishwasher

Join Xperience XRG as a Dishwasher and contribute to a dynamic team that delivers exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely, ensuring they are stored in their designated places.

• Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in our restaurants, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

• Scrape and spray all ware before placing it in the ware washing machine, ensuring it is properly cleaned and sanitized.

• Rack all china and glassware according to our dish room standards, ensuring they are properly stored and ready for use.

• Collaborate with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
