Job Summary

The Gourmet Cheese Connoisseur will be responsible for leading our cheese department, working closely with our wine and food teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.



Responsibilities

This is a demanding yet rewarding role that requires a strong passion for cheese, wine, and food, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.



The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a natural ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.



Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:




  • At least 2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a cheese or wine-related role
  • Excellent knowledge of cheese, wine, and food trends, as well as strong selling skills
  • A natural ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field (such as food science or hospitality) preferred


You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
