LPN (Homecare) - Mechanicville

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes in Mechanicville.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in providing skilled nursing care to patients in Mechanicville. As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Assess and plan patient care to meet their individual needs
• Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals

• Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of New York
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
