Washbay Technician

At Encore Fleet Services, we're committed to delivering a premium experience for our clients. As a Washbay Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our luxury coach fleet.

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of luxury coaches, ensuring all areas meet our high standards.
• Inspect coaches post-cleaning to identify any areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule cleanings in line with tour departure times.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the washbay area and storage of cleaning supplies.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues discovered during cleaning to the maintenance team.

• Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, or related fields (experience with large vehicles or equipment preferred).
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols when handling cleaning materials and equipment.
