About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Arable Farming Consultant to join our team at Delphy. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our clients in the arable farming sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized advice to growers on optimizing their business results
• Apply a combination of high-quality cultivation-technical knowledge and a sense of entrepreneurship to identify opportunities and threats for the grower
• Closely follow current trends and innovations within the sector and translate them into concrete applications for Delphy and its clients
• Deal with the technical side of cultivation, such as advice on fertilization, crop protection, and storage
• Act as a sparring partner in business matters such as sales, legislation, and strategy

Requirements

• Enterprising (junior) consultant with a hands-on mentality
• HB0 or WO education level, preferably in arable farming, horticulture, and/or plant sciences
• Work experience is an advantage, not a requirement
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Initiative and good communication skills
• Result- and customer-oriented
• Car driving license
