Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $48,000-$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Bakers to join our team at the 4 Plaistow Road location. As a Baker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing breads, world-class cookies, and artisan pastries
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
  • Coordinating daily tasks and upholding procedures to meet customer demands

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous baking experience, preferably in a commercial kitchen setting
  • A strong understanding of pastry-making techniques and ingredient management
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
