  • Operate and maintain the scrubber and buffer, ensuring a safe and efficient cleaning process.
  • Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a secure and efficient store environment.
  • Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store, supporting the needs of the business and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting heavy objects and operating cleaning equipment.
