**Job Requirements:**

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and MUST have DSP 1 & 2. RBT needs to be completed on own within 6-12 months of hire
  • Minimum experience: 1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors strongly preferred
  • Valid in-state driver's license, over 21, and driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
