Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team at IHC Health Services, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and service to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices
- Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License
- Prescriptive Authority by the state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Hospitalist
- AGAC training preferred
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a APP Hospitalist
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule
- A sense of team and patient care focused
