The role of the respiratory therapist is crucial in delivering exceptional respiratory care services within a healthcare environment. The primary duties encompass:

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background: An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy

Licensure: Must hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential, authorized to practice in Ohio

Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of recent experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role with a schedule that includes rotating weekends and holidays

Employee Benefits: Staff members working 35 hours or more are eligible for a sign-on bonus

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs
  • Consistent repetitive motions and coordination of eye, hand, and foot
