Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Manage the daily activities of the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and inventory management.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they meet safety and security standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the General Manager to address any issues or concerns and maintain effective communication.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the productivity and performance of warehouse staff to ensure successful completion of services.
  • SLA Management: Ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for company and clients are met with a 95% success rate.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Reporting: Provide weekly reports on warehouse capacity levels and update Converge accordingly.
  • Safety Reporting: Complete monthly safety reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Client and Supplier Liaison: Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Skills: Basic math and inventory management skills, valid driver's license, and forklift experience (in-house training provided).
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift 40+ pounds, stay on feet for 4+ hours, and perform tasks that require crouching, twisting, and reaching overhead.
