Salary:$68,000 - $92,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and protocols. The successful candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely interventions and effective outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines, facilitating well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or compact state licensure required.
  • Certifications: Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months and Basic Life Support certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Diploma: Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience required.
