Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bartender or Server at Harrigan's Pub, the premier Irish Pub at the Jersey Shore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in serving food and beverages in a full-service restaurant environment
• Knowledge of wine, beers, and spirits
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
• Serve Safe/TIPS certification a plus
