Primary Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Professional to join our team at Pinehurst Medical Clinic. As a primary care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, educate patients about their conditions and treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, based on patient assessment and diagnosis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, using electronic medical records (EMRs)
