Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
- Supervise and guide CT Technologists in performing diagnostic procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality imaging standards, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and staff productivity.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
- Two years of progressively more responsible CT Technologist work experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
