Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical and emotional needs of patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest medical research to inform your care decisions, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in emergency nursing.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of transparency and respect.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current on best practices and advancing your skills as a nurse.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, active RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department, with a strong foundation in critical care and emergency nursing principles.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS certification preferred.
