Job Overview

Achieve Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.

This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BCBA to play a critical role in our ABA programs. Key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions in collaboration with our clinical team.

  • Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field, and must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to maintain appropriate documentation of patient progress.
  • Must maintain certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.
What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, Achieve Center LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
