We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our Client Services team at ModMed. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Training Services, Technology Services, and Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective use of company assets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, ensuring ModMed remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  • PMP Certification required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in clinical environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
