Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Concierge to join our team at Oaks Senior Living, LLC. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the facility in a professional manner at all times, greeting visitors and referring them appropriately.
  • Maintain the reception area, workroom, and lobby/living room area in good order, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Assure that all visitors, residents, and professionals sign in and out properly, maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer telephones promptly and properly, treating each caller with courtesy and referring them appropriately.
  • Remain observant regarding residents leaving the facility, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assure confidentiality of residents and staff by following procedures regarding release of information.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Perform other duties as may be requested by the RSC or Executive Director.
Requirements

A candidate for Concierge shall possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills, and experience in a position requiring heavy public contact. Must be able to assist and interact with seniors in a caring, kind, and respectful manner, presenting a professional image at all times. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull a minimum of 40 pounds, and move quickly about the facility to assist residents and/or staff in an emergency.
