Key Responsibilities- Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatments, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Act as a friendly guide for patients, ensuring their visit is smooth and efficient.
- Support the Front Office Coordinator with administrative tasks, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling copays.
- Maintain effective communication between providers, patients, and front office staff.
- Stay adaptable and detail-oriented, managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Friendly and approachable personality, with a passion for exercise, sports, anatomy, and physiology.
- Comfortable with computer systems and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in healthcare or exercise science preferred but not required.
This role requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance. Routine lifting, carrying, pushing, and sustained gripping are also required.
