Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nursing Practitioner to join our Emergency Room team at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing leadership support to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, develop individualized care plans, and provide high-quality patient care.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Clinical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying your expertise to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in nursing (MSN or DNP) or equivalent experience.
  • Current RN licensure in Oregon.
  • National Provider BLS certification.
  • National Provider ACLS certification within 6 months.
  • National Provider PALS certification within 6 months.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in emergency medicine.
