Our Supply Group
Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging, and shipping high-quality beverages to meet the needs of our customers. We oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring that every can, bottle, or keg that leaves our facilities meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Run routine analytical analyses on beverage samples, including pH, ballings, alcohol, sodium, and iron.
- Conduct routine analyses of packaged beverages for oxygen, carbon dioxide, fill level, and other critical parameters.
- Test pasteurizers to ensure proper pasteurization and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Inspect and analyze package integrity and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate quality analyses to ensure accurate results, timely completion, and proper responses and notification.
- Perform various studies and statistical analyses to improve quality throughout the brewery.
- Other routine laboratory testing as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science-intensive discipline, such as chemistry, biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
- Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform instrument maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, 5S, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Comfortable working in a production environment.
- Skilled in Minitab, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
