We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Physician Leader to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital as an Intensivist Medical Director. This role offers the opportunity to lead a busy program with high acuity patient populations, supervise a team of intensivists and advanced practice providers, and develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all full or part-time intensivists and advanced practice providers
- Develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Teach responsibilities with ACGME-Accredited Residency and Fellowship programs
Requirements
- Must be critical care board eligible or board certified
- Florida licensure or ability to obtain
- Leadership experience required
- Ability to work Full Time, 15 shifts per month, mix of clinical shifts and dedicated administrative time
