Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at TridentCare. In this role, you will be responsible for completing volume-appropriate routes, ensuring timely and efficient collection of blood samples. You will also be responsible for training new phlebotomists, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with dispatch and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete volume-appropriate routes to ensure timely and efficient collection of blood samples
  • Train new phlebotomists on procedures and protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, samples, and other relevant data
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with ordering supplies and closing orders as needed
  • Conduct quarterly trunk checks to ensure equipment is in good working order

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Datarrive software

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to travel to different locations to complete routes and may be exposed to bloodborne pathogens.
