About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Refinisher to join our team in De Soto.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, with previous experience in automotive paint preparation or a similar role.

As a Vehicle Refinisher, you will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning, and ensuring that they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning the areas to be painted.
  • Maintenance: Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to the Body Shop Manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive paint preparation or a similar role is required.
  • Skills: Proficient in sanding, masking, and priming techniques. Familiarity with automotive paint materials and processes.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
