Director of Diagnostic Imaging

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Diagnostic Imaging to lead our team in Granby, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic imaging and leadership.

Job Summary:

The Director of Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our diagnostic imaging department, ensuring quality patient care, and promoting a collaborative team environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the diagnostic imaging team in Granby, CO, and ensure seamless collaboration with other departments
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality imaging services
  • Maintain accurate records and submit monthly statistics to the finance department
  • Foster strong relationships with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in radiologic imaging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, radiologic technology)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in radiologic imaging, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
  • Certification in CT with MRI is preferred

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
