As a Registered Nurse in our Wound Care department, you will be responsible for providing general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients, using your expertise and knowledge to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care services to patients, using department policies and nursing care standards as a guide.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
Delegate nursing tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
BLS certification.
BSN required at 5 years of employment.
