Medication Technician

We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team at Prestige Care Inc. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and assist with self-administration as directed by physicians and state regulations.
- Process physician orders and maintain accurate records of medication services provided or omitted.
- Coordinate with pharmacies for medication orders and refills.
- Report medication errors and changes in resident condition to the Health Services Director and physician.
- Provide direct resident care, promoting dignity, independence, and choice.
- Assist with activities of daily living, housekeeping, laundry, and other daily chores.
- One or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred.
- State required medication pass certification or other required certification.
- Current CPR certification, First Aid training, and Food Handlers permit as required by state regulations.
