Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in multifamily preconstruction and construction project management.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore is a significant plus.

Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Multifamily construction industry.
  • Technical Skills: Procore experience and knowledge.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of contract documents, scheduling systems, and construction operations.
