Key Responsibilities
  • Market and promote parts and service sales through various channels, including special promotions and Quality Assurance packages.
  • Communicate customer complaints and concerns to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide parts and service solutions to customers, including maintenance and repair services.
  • Assist with counter sales and support customer needs, including Saturday work as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Collect and update customer equipment information for use in parts, service, and sales marketing promotions.
  • Deliver parts to customers as required and maintain a clean and well-maintained company vehicle.
  • Provide feedback on competitor pricing and promotions.
  • Attend training meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of parts and service marketing plans.
  • Assist with after-hours parts phone service as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year experience in Parts Department operations.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license for potential driving situations.
